Job summary

Macy's, Inc. is seeking an Associate, Executive Compensation to support enterprise-wide incentive compensation programs.

You will partner with senior leadership and collaborate across HR, Finance, Legal, and other functions to ensure accurate administration and reporting of equity awards and related disclosures. The role focuses on long-term incentive program administration, proxy disclosure support, and governance/compliance with regulatory requirements, offering a dynamic, highly regulated

Qualifications

• Knowledge of executive compensation programs including long-term incentive plans.
• Experience administering equity-based compensation and related disclosures.
• Strong analytic capabilities for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of the long-term incentive program, including modeling, budgeting, and participant communications.
• Manage the full lifecycle of equity awards: grant approvals, vesting, exercises, settlements, terminations.
• Ensure accuracy of grant tracking, reporting, and compliance with SEC, IRS, tax and accounting standards.
• Draft and review compensation-related tables and disclosures for proxy statements; support CDS&A content.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, Tax, and HR Technology for accurate administration and reporting.
