Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed or eligible for Illinois admission.
• 3+ years of relevant executive compensation and benefits experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Superior writing, oral communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on executive compensation and employee benefits matters.
• Focus on compensation issues within mergers and acquisitions.
• Handle equity compensation for corporations and partnerships.
• Apply knowledge of IRC Sections 280G and 409A.
• Work in the office at least three business days per week.
