Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Chicago seeks an executive compensation and benefits associate with 3+ years of experience to join its Executive Compensation & Benefits Practice. The ideal candidate will advise on executive compensation and employee benefits matters in M&A contexts and handling equity compensation for corporations and partnerships.

The role requires JD from an ABA-accredited law school, Illinois licensure or eligibility, and the ability to work in the office at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Chicago, IL.
• Work in the office at least three business days per week.

Responsibilities

• Advise on executive compensation and employee benefits matters.
• Focus on compensation issues within mergers and acquisitions.
• Handle equity compensation for corporations and partnerships.
• Apply knowledge of IRC Sections 280G and 409A.
