Job summary

ThinkTek LLC in the United States seeks a Business Analyst to support a high-performance Department of War (DoW) team, drafting and coordinating executive communications materials, tracking multiple deliverables, and ensuring technical accuracy.

This role requires strong written and verbal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide actionable insights to program leadership; active Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting strategic communications and/or executive leader support within the Department of War (DoW).
• Experience developing and sustaining briefing repositories within DoW systems.
• Ability to track multiple, competing deadlines and recommend escalation/risk mitigation for on-time delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support development of artifact inventory, repository map, access list, and open-task list.
• Maintain task dashboards with status, owners, dates, dependencies, and source evidence.
• Draft strategic communications materials (read-aheads, briefing decks, talking points, Q&A).
• Coordinate interviews with program, engineering, acquisition, logistics SMEs.
• Ensure updated visibility across taskings and coordinate with senior leaders.
