Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant corporate communications experience.
• Experience with executive communications at large companies and internal audiences.
• Strong ability to communicate with C-suite executives and boards.
• Exceptional written, verbal, visual communication skills and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a comprehensive executive narrative framework and engagement plan for GEICO’s executive leadership team.
• Develop and execute strategic executive communications strategies supporting key initiatives.
• Provide executive communications support for internal meetings, announcements, and leadership events.
• Write social media content and prepare executives for external events or interviews.
• Develop presentations, talking points, intranet content, and related materials for senior leaders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on agenda/content for leadership meetings and town halls.
• Continuously measure and adjust communications plans for impact and efficiency.
• Lead and develop a high-performing executive communications team.
