Job summary

Superhuman is seeking a Communications Manager to own executive social media and company-wide communications. The role blends strategic storytelling with hands-on execution, from ghostwriting for C-suite to shaping product launch narratives across Superhuman Mail, Docs, Go, and Agents.

You will source compelling customer stories, manage speaking engagements and awards, and coordinate with PR and events teams to amplify the company’s voice. Based in SF or NYC with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of communications experience in-house or agency.
• Experience in technology with knowledge of AI preferred.
• Strong media relations and editorial instincts.
• Proven track record managing executive social media programs, ghostwriting, and content calendars for C-suite.
• Experience owning product launch communications end-to-end, including strategy and messaging.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptable voice per executive/platform.
• Based in San Francisco or New York with willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead our executive social media program, advising on strategy, content, and engagement; maintain a content calendar.
• Lead product communications across Superhuman apps and agents, shaping messaging and launches.
• Identify customer stories with marketing teams and determine best platform to tell them.
• Manage speaking and awards program; collaborate with PR agency.
• Serve as comms liaison with events team as needed.
