United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Head of Executive Communications to partner with the CEO and Co-founder, shaping internal and external messaging and sharpening the voice across formats from keynote talks to social posts.

The role requires exceptional writing, strategic judgment, and the ability to integrate AI tools into daily workflows. It is a remote position open to US residents with relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years supporting a CEO or founder at a senior level.
• Ability to translate complex multi-product narratives into clear executive messaging.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and editing with demonstrated impact.
• Strong emotional intelligence and trust-building with senior leaders.
• Data-driven storytelling mindset and disciplined execution.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Define communication priorities and narrative strategies with the CEO and Co-founder.
• Lead content creation including presentations, videos, long-form content, employee and customer communications, social media.
• Craft clear narratives across macro trends, customer issues, and engineering work.
• Actively integrate AI tools into daily workflow to research and iterate on executive content.
• Plan how the CEO prepares for, shows up at, and delivers a message.
• Partner with internal communications, customer marketing, IR, and cross-functional leaders as needed.
