Job summary

Tulip is hiring a Senior Manager, Executive & Internal Communications to shape how analysts, employees, and the market understand the company's direction and strategy. You will work closely with the Office of the CEO to craft credible narratives and ensure consistency across leadership messaging.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in executive, corporate, or internal communications, including writing for senior executives.
• Analyst relations experience and ability to position a company in major analyst spaces.
• Exceptional judgment balancing transparency and discretion.
• Proven track record handling sensitive information with leadership confidence.
• Strong written voice allowing others' voices to be heard without sacrificing substance.

Responsibilities

• Write for the CEO: keynotes, all-hands narratives, board materials, and public statements in the CEO's voice.
• Develop frameworks to unify leadership communications across internal and external channels.
• Manage crisis and reactive comms with Legal and Marketing.
• Coordinate analyst messaging with Gartner, IDC, and other analysts.
• Prepare briefing materials and manage analyst interactions.
• Craft thought leadership content amplifying Tulip's narratives with the executive team.
• Own the narrative arc of Tulip's direction, priorities, and milestones to employees.
• Align messages with Office of the CEO and cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Corporate Marketing for consistency.
