Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation seeks an Executive Communications Manager to shape and craft critical messaging for the company’s senior leaders. You will lead speeches, remarks, and briefing materials, and manage advance work for high-stakes moments with precision and discretion.

Collaborating across PR, Marketing, IR, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Research, you will translate intricate technical and business topics into compelling narratives, build repeatable systems, and coach executives for delivery

Qualifications

10+ years in executive communications or related fields.
Experience supporting C-suite with high-profile messaging.
Outstanding writing/editing skills; ability to mimic a leader’s voice.
Strong judgment; synthesize inputs into clear messaging.
Collaborative with senior stakeholders; discreet handling of information.
On-site at Santa Clara HQ and travel as needed.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Draft and refine high-impact communications for senior leaders, including speeches and briefing materials.
Lead advance work for priority executive moments and ensure readiness.
Staff executives in person at events, handling changes with discretion.
Plan communications support for engagements, materials, handoffs and follow-through.
Translate complex topics into clear narratives for diverse audiences worldwide.
Maintain executive voice and themes across content; partner with PR, Marketing, IR, Legal, Product, Eng/Research.
Create reusable frameworks and content packages; develop scalable processes and training.
