Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an accomplished executive communications leader to partner with the COO, shaping the voice and aligning messaging across the organization. You will translate strategic priorities into clear, authentic communications for a large, distributed workforce.

You will craft the COO's narrative, prepare for All Hands and key engagements, collaborate with External Communications and Marketing, and measure impact to drive clarity and engagement across the company.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in executive, internal, or strategic communications with C-suite support.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, authentic leadership voice.
• Strong writing/editing with executive presence and judgment.
• Experience in AI, cloud, or enterprise technology is preferred.
• Comfort working across a fast-moving, cross-functional org.

Responsibilities

• Advise the COO on audience, timing, tone, and channels.
• Develop the COO's narrative and message architecture.
• Prepare for All Hands and employee engagement moments.
• Coordinate with External Communications on speaking engagements and materials.
• Partner with Marketing to shape brand for operations and infrastructure.
