Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an experienced Executive Communications Lead to shape the COO's voice and align internal and external messaging. You will guide audiences, timing, and channels while partnering with Marketing to define a brand narrative for operations and infrastructure.

You will craft high-impact internal communications, lead through change, and measure effectiveness to continuously improve engagement across a large, distributed workforce.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in executive, internal, or strategic communications supporting C-suite executives in a complex organization.
• Ability to simplify technical or operational complexity for a broad audience.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management with discretion.
• Fluency in AI tools and comfortable using them to streamline day-to-day tasks.
• Experience in AI, cloud, enterprise technology, or similar fast-moving industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic communications advisor to the COO, anticipating needs and providing counsel on audience, timing, tone, and channel.
• Build and manage the COO's organizational narrative and message architecture.
• Prepare the COO for All Hands meetings and employee engagements.
• Coordinate with External Communications on COO-related activities and speaking engagements.
• Partner with Marketing to create a brand strategy for physical operations and infrastructure.
• Draft and edit high-impact communications translating strategy into clear messages for a distributed workforce.
• Lead communications through change and leadership transitions to maintain momentum.
• Measure communications effectiveness and improve strategies over time.
• Establish internal communications planning processes for speed and flexibility.
