Realtor.com is seeking an accomplished Sr. CEO Communications Director to serve as the communications partner to the Chief Executive Officer.

Reporting to the Vice President of Communications, this senior leader will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing a comprehensive communications program that advances the CEO's thought leadership agenda, strengthens organizational alignment, and reinforces the company's strategic narrative across all audiences.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in executive communications at scale.
• Proven track record supporting C-suite executives in large, matrixed organizations.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling across diverse formats.
• Ability to translate complex strategy into clear narratives for multiple audiences.
• Experience in tech, media, real estate, or consumer sectors preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the CEO's authoritative voice across channels.
• Lead author and editor for CEO content including speeches and posts.
• Own CEO presence at internal and external events and visuals.
• Oversee development of CEO speaking and thought leadership platform.
• Ensure consistent messaging across internal, external, and industry audiences.
• Develop forward-looking messaging aligned with strategy.
