Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced executive communications leaders to train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks for keynote, conference, and earnings materials, shaping CEO narratives and conference materials.

We value 4+ years in executive communications or speechwriting, a portfolio of high‑impact presentations, and expert PowerPoint skills. This is a fully remote, flexible role with start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in executive communications or speechwriting for senior leaders.
• Portfolio of keynotes or executive presentations delivered at significant venues.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for keynote decks, conference presentations, CEO narrative development, speech-to-slide alignment, earnings call materials, and thought leadership visuals.
• Align speeches with slide decks and develop CEO narratives for a range of presentations and thought leadership outputs.
