Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced executive communications professionals to help train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will craft keynote decks, refine AI-generated slides to align with senior leaders’ messaging, and develop earnings call materials and CEO narratives.

This fully remote, flexible role offers 5–20 hours per week with compensation of $70/hour, providing an opportunity to shape communications for top executives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in executive communications or speechwriting for senior leaders.
• Portfolio of keynotes or executive presentations delivered at significant venues.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine executive keynote decks and slide presentations.
• Evaluate and improve AI-generated slide decks to align with senior leaders’ messaging.
• Develop supporting materials for earnings calls, CEO narratives, and thought leadership content.
• Ensure slides meet high standards of PowerPoint craftsmanship and clear communication.
