Job summary

Ethos is seeking an Executive Communications Director Expert to help train an AI language model by shaping keynote speeches and the slide decks that accompany them. You will craft, evaluate, and refine executive presentations across core workflows: keynote decks, conference talks, CEO narratives, speech-to-slide alignment, earnings materials, and thought leadership visuals.

This fully remote, hourly role offers flexible 5–20 hours per week with start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in executive communications or speechwriting for senior leaders.
• Portfolio of keynotes or executive presentations delivered at significant venues.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
