Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced communications professionals to help train AI models by refining executive and company-wide presentations. The role focuses on producing and polishing AI-generated slide decks for all-hands, town halls, executive talking points, crisis communications, internal campaigns, and leadership offsite materials.

We offer compensation at $70/hour with flexible commitment of 5–20 hours per week, fully remote, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in communications at a significant company.
• Own executive-level presentation materials.
• Expert PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship; excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (all-hands, town hall decks, executive talking points with slides).
• Develop crisis communication materials and internal campaign presentations.
• Support leadership offsite materials and other executive communications.
