Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or closely related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive executive-level management experience in a complex human services system.

Responsibilities

• Legislative testimony before committees and reporting program outcomes.
• Public speaking, presentations, and community outreach to promote family self-sufficiency.
• Direct deputy commissioners and executive staff in managing SNAP, WV WORKS/TANF, and other programs.
• Oversee a multi-source budget and ensure fiscal responsibility and program impact.
