Job summary

Crowned Grace International (CCITL) is seeking an Executive Coach I to deliver building coaching hours and client development for supervisors, managers, and individual contributors identified for development.

You will conduct sixty-minute coaching sessions, lead intake discussions, and support development planning under senior guidance, while documenting hours and maintaining records in the CGINTL coaching platform. This role supports progression toward PCC credential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Coaching certification and training in coaching, psychology, organizational development, or change management.
• Eight or more years of management consulting and coaching experience, of which at least seven are in leadership or executive coaching or a client-required discipline.
• Seventy-five hours of training from an ICF-accredited coach training school or comparable program.
• PCC and ICF Associate Certified Coach credential.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sixty-minute coaching sessions to assigned clients with documented preparation.
• Conduct intake discussions and support development planning under supervision.
• Administer assessments with current certification and conduct debriefs.
• Support team coaching, group facilitation, retreats, and workshops.
• Maintain records, attendance, and delivered hours in the CGINTL coaching platform.
• Participate in mentor coaching and accumulate documented client hours toward the PCC credential.
