Job summary

Crowned Grace International is seeking credentialed Executive & Leadership Coaches to deliver executive coaching and leadership team coaching for leaders at a large public water utility client in Maryland. This contracting opportunity is contingent on award and a qualified pool is being built.

Coaches will conduct intake meetings, provide in-person or virtual coaching hours, and mentor Emerging Leaders. Strong ethics, confidentiality, and adherence to ICF standards are essential as you help

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of five years of leadership coaching experience.
ICF credential ACC, PCC or MCC or equivalent.
Experience coaching managers and executives in large organizations; public-sector or utility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct intake and goal-setting meetings with coachees and sponsors to establish confidential coaching agreements and development goals.
Deliver individual executive coaching in hourly increments, in person or virtually, per ICF ethics and core competencies.
Facilitate leadership team coaching sessions focused on trust, decision-making, role clarity, conflict, and accountability.
Provide mentoring and coaching hours for Emerging Leaders to reinforce cohort content between sessions.
Debrief assessment results with coachees and integrate into development plans with the assessment practitioner.
Report coaching utilization and high-level progress themes to the Contract Project Manager while protecting confidentiality.
