Job summary

Quail West Golf & Country Club in Naples, FL seeks an Assistant General Manager to partner with the COO/GM, lead daily operations, mentor department heads, and uphold exceptional member experiences.

The AGM will oversee budgeting, forecasting, resource management, and strategic initiatives, while serving as acting GM in the COO/GM's absence; a proven hospitality executive with 10+ years in private clubs or luxury properties is required.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive executive leadership in private clubs or luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of club F&B operations and member service.
• Proven ability to develop leadership teams.
• Financial acumen including budgeting and planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Integrity and collaborative leadership.
• Bachelor's in Hospitality Management preferred; CCM encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations with COO collaboration.
• Coach and develop department heads.
• Ensure outstanding member service across operations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and resource management.
• Act as General Manager in COO/GM's absence.
