Quail West Golf & Country Club in Naples, FL seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, partner with the COO/GM, mentor department leaders, and elevate member experiences while maintaining financial and service excellence.

You will drive operational planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cross-department collaboration to shape the club's future and oversee key initiatives with a trusted leadership team.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive executive leadership experience within private clubs, luxury hospitality, resorts, or similar high-end service organizations.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and develop department leaders to achieve exceptional performance.
• Ensure consistently outstanding service standards across all member-facing operations.
