Zusammenfassung

Signify Technology is seeking a Vice President of Cloud Engineering to lead our Florida-based cloud platform with hybrid or onsite options and remote consideration nationwide for the right leader. This executive role reports to the CTO/CIO and carries authority over architecture decisions, cloud spend, and the engineers who run the platform.

You will own the cloud strategy, multi-year roadmap, and drive migration and modernization efforts while partnering with security and vendors.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in software or infrastructure engineering.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams at manager/director level.
• Hands-on with at least one major cloud platform, and fluency across more than one.
• Owned a large-scale cloud migration or modernization program end to end.
• Strong background in Kubernetes, containerization, and infrastructure as code.
• Owned cloud budget with track record of cost optimization.
• Strong CI/CD, observability, and site reliability practices.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Own the cloud engineering strategy and multi-year roadmap across cloud platforms.
• Lead and grow a multi-team cloud, platform, and DevOps organization.
• Set architectural direction for cloud infrastructure, containers, and platform services.
• Own cloud financial management and FinOps, including forecasting and cost optimization.
• Drive platform engineering to help product teams ship faster with less friction.
• Own reliability, SLOs, on-call and incident management.
• Lead migration and modernization programs including data center exit and re-architecture.
• Partner with Security to embed cloud security and compliance.
• Own vendor and hyperscaler relationships and negotiations.
• Set engineering standards for IaC, CI/CD, and automation.
