Job summary

Signify Technology is searching for a Vice President of Data and Analytics to own the platform, governance, and analytics function in a confidential executive search. The role is Florida-based with hybrid or onsite preference and remote consideration for the right leader.

The VP will lead data engineering, analytics, and BI teams, shape the architectural direction, and partner with executives to turn business questions into measurable answers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data/analytics with leadership experience.
• Proven ownership of an enterprise data strategy.
• Experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake/Databricks/BigQuery).
• Strong data modeling, ELT/ETL design, and orchestration skills.
• Experience with data governance including privacy compliance.
• Fluency with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI/Tableau/Looker.
• Proven ability to translate business questions into analytics deliverables.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise data and analytics strategy, roadmap, and budget.
• Lead and grow data engineering, analytics, and BI teams; mentor and develop staff.
• Set architectural direction for the data platform (warehouse, lakehouse, pipelines).
• Own governance, data quality, master data management, and privacy obligations.
• Build reporting/analytics to give executives board visibility into the business.
• Partner with Finance/Operations/Product/Sales to turn questions into measurable answers.
• Establish metric definitions and a single source of truth.
• Drive advanced analytics, forecasting, and ML with business value.
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and platform costs.
• Champion data literacy and self-service analytics across the business.
