The position is primarily remote with frequent travel to the Albuquerque, New Mexico area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field is highly preferred; MBA or MHA is also preferred.
• 7+ years of healthcare operations or consulting experience, with emphasis on value‑based care or provider enablement.
• Physically located in Albuquerque, NM or willing to travel to the assigned market frequently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the practice engagement function and work with cross‑functional teams to develop performance recommendations.
• Lead market operations, ensuring alignment with Honest Health’s goals and partner objectives.
• Travel frequently to and around Albuquerque, NM, and manage key partner relationships.
• Collaborate with market clinical leadership to drive patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Review KPIs with market teams and partners, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement playbooks, toolkits, and scalable processes for multiple markets.
