Job summary

Arms Acres Inc. is seeking a Clinical Director to ensure the highest level of consistent clinical care for patients.

You will partner with the Executive Director to direct the facility, develop goals, manage budgets and projects, and facilitate communications across leadership. The role requires a licensed clinical social worker or licensed master social worker with at least five years of clinical experience, including supervisory work in alcoholism and chemical dependence, with strong knowledge

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or licensed master social worker (LMSW) with at least five years of clinical experience.
• At least one year of supervisory experience in alcoholism and chemical dependence.
• Familiar with healthcare regulations and compliance.

Description

The Clinical Director is responsible for ensuring the highest possible level of consistent clinical care is provided to each patient in our facility. This function involves partnering with our Executive Director in the overall direction of our facility; developing goals and objectives, managing various budgets, projects and communications between the leadership team.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be a licensed clinical social worker or licensed master social worker plus minimum of five years of experience in a clinical setting, at least one of which is supervisory in the field of alcoholism and chemical dependence, as well as demonstrated competence in organizational and administrative areas.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Familiar with healthcare regulations and compliance is critical.
