Lenawee Community Mental Health Authority in Adrian, Michigan, is seeking a full-time, on-site Clinical Program Director for Adult MI Services. The role oversees the Adult MI Services group, supervises staff, and ensures clinical/operational targets are met.

The position emphasizes high-quality, person-centered care for adults with serious mental illness. The candidate must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology with state licensure, plus five years in behavioral health

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and licensure or certification by the State of Michigan.
• Education, training, and demonstrated competency in assessment, crisis management and stabilization, and therapeutic care for mentally impaired adults.
• At least five years of work experience in the behavioral health field with mentally impaired adults.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities, staffing, and daily operations of the Adult MI Services group.
• Perform Utilization Management duties including service authorization and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with Management Team to communicate program outcomes and improvement plans.
