Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an accredited program.
• Licensed by the State of Michigan to practice in a human services field (if applicable).
• Experience in behavioral health with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in navigating systems to meet their needs.
• Identify gaps in support and connect with community partners and systems.
• Coordinate services and inter-agency resources and monitor progress toward outcomes.
• Develop plan of service focused on recovery, resilience, wellness, and self-determination.
