Job summary

The Church at Grace Park in White House, Tennessee is seeking an Executive Pastor to align and implement the Senior Pastor’s vision across ministries, school, and operations. This role drives planning, staffing, budgets, and systems to ensure healthy growth and unified mission.

You will lead senior staff, oversee finances and facilities, and partner with Grace Park Christian Community Schools to maximize resources, communication, and spiritual leadership in a dynamic multi-entity ministry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate training beneficial but not required.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience including staff supervision, budgeting, strategic planning, and operational execution.
• Previous church executive leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with a church-operated Christian school, nonprofit, or multi-entity ministry is highly valuable.
• Demonstrated success developing leaders, improving systems, managing change, and completing complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate the Senior Pastor’s vision into priorities, plans, budgets, systems, accountable leaders, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable ministry and operations staff while cultivating a healthy, joyful, collaborative, high-performing culture.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between Grace Park and Christian Community Schools, coordinating shared resources and alignment.
• Provide executive oversight of finances, facilities, personnel, safety, technology, policies, major projects, and organizational risk.
• Strengthen ministry systems and support weekend services, discipleship, NextGen ministries, pastoral care, missions, and communications while participating in preaching and pastoral ministry.
