King’s Church in Washington, DC is seeking an Executive Pastor of Operations & Ministry to provide senior leadership for administrative systems, staff coordination, Sunday gatherings, and ministry operations.

This full-time role partners with the Lead Pastors to oversee church administration, facilities, databases, communications, and volunteer development, while delegating tasks and building scalable processes.

Qualifikationen

• Meets biblical character qualifications and demonstrates mature relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Demonstrates pastoral maturity, sound judgment, and servant leadership.
• Balances executive leadership with genuine pastoral care.

• Translate pastoral vision into effective organizational execution.
• Oversee administrative infrastructure, procedures, and internal systems.
• Develop workflows with clear responsibilities and accountability across teams.
• Coordinate between Lead Pastors and support staff.

• Build scalable systems for continued growth and potential multiple Sunday services.
• Maintain regular office hours and participate in staff planning.
