Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10 or more years of related professional experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Preferred Qualifications include a Master’s degree in business administration, public administration, higher education administration, finance, or related field.
• Experience working in higher education, government, or another large, complex organization.
• Demonstrated experience supporting executive leadership in strategic planning, organizational initiatives, and complex decision‑making.
• Experience with financial analysis, budget development, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects and leading cross‑functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Support and Planning: Advise the VP Finance and Administration, help develop and execute strategic goals, prepare reports and briefs, stay compliant with laws and policies, identify risks and opportunities.
• Budget and Data Management: Develop and forecast the division’s budget, produce financial analyses, coordinate budget requests, and optimize procurement and data systems.
• Project Management: Plan, execute and oversee high-priority projects with timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Communication and Relationship Building: Coordinate priorities, liaise with leadership, stakeholders, vendors, and agencies; prepare materials and document outcomes.
