Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of professional experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, program management, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience developing and managing KPIs, dashboards, and business performance metrics.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High levels of discretion, professionalism, and executive presence.

Aufgaben

• Drive the company's executive operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, and cross-functional reviews.
• Own executive-level reporting, metrics tracking, and leadership scorecards.
• Prepare executive briefing materials, presentations, and decision-support documents.
• Coordinate and drive progress on high-priority strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate communication, alignment, and accountability across leadership teams.
• Develop processes that improve decision making, transparency, and organizational effectiveness.
• Track commitments, action items, and key deliverables through completion.
• Support executive-level planning, business reviews, and board preparation activities.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks across critical initiatives and drive resolutions.
• Help optimize executive time, focus, and organizational priorities.
