Job summary

VoltaGrid is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Houston to lead cross-functional programs connecting engineering execution with asset readiness and business outcomes. You will charter programs, align stakeholders, maintain integrated plans, and drive risk management from design through deployment and handoff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5–8+ years in technical program management or cross-functional execution.
• Experience coordinating engineering work from planning to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead program intake, chartering, milestone planning, dependency mapping, RAID management, decision tracking, and execution governance across multiple workstreams.
• Build dashboards and weekly status reporting for projects, vendors, asset management, construction, operations stakeholders, discipline teams, and leadership.
• Turn raw status into decision-ready insight; run cross-functional reviews to align deliverables with project, construction, procurement, IT, and operations needs.
• Coordinate programs to ensure assets receive engineering packages, controls integration, documentation, and readiness support.
• Support Palantir-based workflows, BOM updates, backlog structure, data quality checks, and reporting standards; ensure owners, cadences, and controls exist.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to track deliverables, decisions, open items, and interface readiness.
• Support new equipment, new product line, and first-of-a-kind efforts through requirements tracking and readiness reviews.
• Develop process documentation, flowcharts, matrices, onboarding materials, and other enablement content for repeatability and maturity.
• Help stand up standard templates, stage gates, intake processes, reporting rhythms, and governance routines for a formal PMO.
