Eurest is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary and food service operation at the VIP Delta Sky Club at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT).

The role requires developing and inspiring the culinary team, creating fresh menus, controlling costs and inventory, and upholding food safety and sanitation standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree required or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to lead a culinary team in a high-volume, guest-facing setting.
• Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary operations for the VIP Delta Sky Club in CLT.
• Develop fresh, innovative menus and ensure top-quality presentations.
• Manage food costs, inventory, purchasing, and supplier relations.
• Inspire and mentor a high-performing culinary team.
