Sodexo Live! is hiring an Executive Chef for a premier airport lounge at Philadelphia International Airport. You will lead culinary operations, standardize processes, mentor a high-profile team, and craft menus that meet demanding client needs while maintaining top quality and safety standards.

This executive role demands fine-dining expertise, strong leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of management experience.
• 1–3 years of related experience in high-volume kitchens.
• ServSafe certification and HACCP knowledge.
• Fine-dining/upscale background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead standardization of culinary operations and drive consistency.
• Foster team development and mentorship of kitchen staff.
• Oversee procurement and purchasing for quality ingredients and cost control.
• Design menus balancing creativity with client preferences and nutrition.
• Build strong partnerships with clients to elevate dining experiences.
