The Role
Reporting to the Hotel General Manager, the Executive Chef will oversee the direction, preparation, and execution of all menu items, ensuring high standards of quality and service. Responsibilities include planning and pricing menus, ordering supplies, maintaining records, and ensuring equipment and facilities are in excellent condition.
The candidate must have excellent communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, and a thorough understanding of Bunkhouse policies. They will promote Bunkhouse’s culture, values, and reputation, embodying the company’s vision and core values in all actions and decisions.
