Qualifications

• Ability to prepare routine reports and present to groups.
• Comfort with basic math and measurement units.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute events and banquets.
• Create menus/recipes using quality ingredients within budget.
• Manage monthly/yearly budgets for Food & Beverage.
• Maintain inventory and vendor relationships.
