Qualifications

• 3+ years managing dining services in restaurants, banquets, or long-term care settings.
• Experience managing budgets and inventory.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen and wait staff while managing budget and inventory.
• Recruit and maintain kitchen staff.
• Lead and inspire excellent customer service for residents.
• Ensure meals are served with appetizing presentation.
• Create and maintain the dining services schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining room.
• Plan and direct all food preparation and service per Bonaventure standards.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations for long-term care communities.
• Handle event planning for special events.
• Collaborate with health services to provide dining support for residents’ dietary needs.
