Job summary

Bonaventure of Puyallup is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our dining services team and oversee culinary operations for our senior living community. You will craft menus, standardize recipes, manage budgets and inventory, supervise staff, and ensure meals are presented attractively while adhering to safety standards.

This role emphasizes leadership and strategic dining improvements over hands-on cooking. English language is required; CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with seniors and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Prior success in working in or managing dining services.
• Experience with budgets.
• Ability to obtain a food handler's license.
• Ability to organize and supervise dining service staff.
• English language required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Craft menus and develop standardized recipes and food production schedules.
• Oversee kitchen and dining staff while managing budget and inventory.
• Lead and inspire excellent customer service for residents.
