Job summary

Live Well Healthcare Solutions is seeking an Executive Chef to manage dietary operations within an Assisted Living Facility. The role leads kitchen staff, plans menus, and collaborates with management to meet resident dietary needs and company goals.

The Executive Chef ensures nutritious, high-quality meals, maintains food safety standards, and oversees inventory, budgets, and service quality across meals and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of culinary experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or Executive Chef role.
• Formal culinary training or certification preferred (Culinary Arts degree, ServSafe certification required).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets, portion control, and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute seasonal and cycle menus that meet nutritional standards and resident preferences.
• Lead and develop kitchen staff, manage inventories and budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with dietary and nursing teams to accommodate special diets and textures.
