Monarch Communities Senior Living is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee the culinary services department, ensuring nutritious, well-plated meals and resident satisfaction. The role requires leadership to manage staff, budgets, and compliance in a senior living setting.

The position is full-time and hourly, with work including at least one weekend day. A Bachelor’s degree and ServSafe certification are required, plus cost control and strong computer skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, hospitality, nutrition, or business.
• Minimum of two years culinary services administration experience, preferably in senior living.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Cost control and food management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, delegate, and direct all aspects of the culinary services department.
• Oversee meal production with high quality and superior service.
• Hire, train, and mentor culinary staff.
• Ensure HACCP protocols are followed and documented.
• Adhere to budgets.
• Work at least one weekend day; schedule flexibility as needed.
