Cogir Senior Living is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the dining services across our community. The role covers procurement, menu development, budgeting, staffing, and regulatory compliance to ensure exceptional resident dining experiences.

The successful candidate will drive menu innovation, manage monthly budgets, and collaborate with staff and residents to tailor offerings while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• Five years of hands-on food preparation experience.
• Three years of progressive management as Executive Chef.
• Serve Safe Manager certification and food code knowledge.
• Experience with menu development and special events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and dining venues.
• Supervise culinary staff, scheduling, performance reviews, and actions.
• Plan menus and events, support front-of-house operations as needed.
• Maintain inventory and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgets for food, supplies, and labor.
