Job summary

Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants is seeking an Executive Chef with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a full-service setting. You will lead the BOH, develop menus, manage costs and train staff across multiple sites in the Lincolnwood area.

You will guide seasonal menus, costings, and staff development while partnering with divisional leaders and general management to uphold our standards and culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Executive Chef experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and develop teams.
• Skilled in managing BOH systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BOH operations and control food costs.
• Lead hourly and management teams and foster our Culture of Caring.
• Develop seasonal menus in partnership with divisional leaders.
• Ensure effective BOH training in collaboration with divisional trainers and chefs.
• Conduct quarterly in-restaurant audits of BOH SOPs and systems.
• Purchase and order food products and supplies in partnership with chefs and management.
• Maintain recipe books and costings with GM and chefs.
• Hire, onboard, and develop all BOH employees and teams as needed.
