Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in an Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Executive Sous Chef leadership role in an upscale, high-volume restaurant.
• Strong financial acumen including food cost management, labor management, purchasing, and inventory controls.
• Experience with menu development, seasonal programming, and culinary innovation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations and the culinary program.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing culinary team to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
• Manage food costs, labor, purchasing, and inventory to meet financial objectives.
