Job summary

Odessa Country Club is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations, drive menu development, lead a diverse team, and deliver exceptional dining experiences for members and guests. You will manage costs, ensure food safety, and collaborate with leadership to elevate the club’s culinary program across three outlets, banquets, and events.

The role emphasizes a visible, hands-on leadership style, community involvement, and long-term commitment to OCC and the West Texas

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience, including executive-level roles.
• Private-club experience preferred; upscale hospitality background considered.

Responsibilities

• Direct culinary operations across all club dining venues, banquets and events.
• Develop seasonal menus reflecting member preferences and trends.
• Lead cost controls, budgeting, and procurement with CFO/GM.
• Foster staff development, succession planning and team engagement.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, quality and guest satisfaction.
