Qualifications

• 5+ years of executive culinary leadership in luxury hospitality (country club preferred).
• Strong knowledge of multi-outlet food service operations.
• Proven financial acumen and cost-control expertise.
• ServSafe certification or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all culinary operations including daily dining and private events.
• Drive menu design while respecting traditions and member favorites.
