Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an Executive Chef for a private club in a premier sports and entertainment setting. The role leads culinary operations, curates premium dining experiences, and drives a high-level guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in upscale/private clubs or luxury environments, strong leadership, menu development, and cost control, with availability for evenings, weekends, and events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership in upscale restaurants, private clubs, country clubs, luxury hotels, premium catering, or comparable hospitality environments.
• Strong hands-on cooking skills, menu development expertise, and elevated food presentation standards.
• Proven experience leading culinary teams, managing food and labor costs, and maintaining consistent quality.

Responsabilités

• Lead all culinary operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, consistency, and service execution.
• Develop seasonal menus, recipes, and premium dining experiences tailored to a discerning membership.
• Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and develop culinary team members.
• Manage purchasing, inventory, food and labor costs, production planning, and waste reduction.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards while collaborating with front-of-house leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
