Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation is seeking an Executive Chef in Colorado to lead all culinary operations across a high-volume environment. You will be on the line five days a week, mentor Kitchen Managers and BOH teams, and drive food quality and financial performance with cost controls and labor optimization.

This working chef role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and large events, with competitive benefits and discounts across bowling, waterparks, and more.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of culinary leadership in a high-volume environment.
• Experience running banquet and large-scale catering events.
• Active on the line during peak service, not desk-only leadership.
• Proven ability to develop Kitchen Managers and BOH teams.
• Strong financial acumen with food cost control, labor optimization, and P&L contribution.
• Current ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own all culinary operations, driving food quality, consistency, and BOH performance.
• Work a full cooking schedule five days a week, including nights and weekends.
• Develop Kitchen Managers and BOH teams through coaching and feedback.
• Manage food cost, labor, inventory, and full BOH financial performance.
• Partner with Operations on product rollouts, promotions, and events.
