Job summary

Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for a dynamic, multi-venue dining program serving 600+ covers daily. This hands-on leader will inspire teamwork, accountability, and hospitality while ensuring exceptional food quality and service.

You will mentor the culinary team, drive menu execution, and optimize kitchen operations. The role emphasizes food safety, cost controls, and strong leadership to deliver outstanding resident dining

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience.
Fine dining experience is a plus.
Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation and food cost controls.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the culinary team, promoting excellence and collaboration.
Oversee daily culinary operations across multiple dining venues with emphasis on quality and safety.
Drive menu innovation in partnership with leadership and operational teams.
Ensure compliance with Health Department, HACCP, and food safety standards.
