Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for multi-venue dining with 600+ covers daily. This hands-on leader will drive quality, service, and hospitality while mentoring the team and optimizing kitchen operations.

The role focuses on menu execution, food safety, and collaborating with Food & Beverage leadership to deliver an outstanding resident dining experience. Minimum 3 years exec chef experience required; fine dining a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience.
• Fine dining experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of à la carte and catering trends, with focus on quality and food cost controls.
• Good knowledge of PC software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the culinary team, promoting excellence and collaboration.
• Oversee daily culinary operations across multiple dining venues, ensuring quality and food safety.
• Drive menu innovation and operational excellence with Food & Beverage leadership.
• Ensure HACCP and health department standards are met in a clean, safe kitchen.
• Control food and labor costs through purchasing, inventory, scheduling and waste reduction.
• Engage residents and respond to feedback to continuously enhance dining experiences.
