Job summary

Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living seeks an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for a dynamic, multi-venue dining program serving over 600 covers daily. This hands-on leader will foster teamwork, creativity, accountability, and hospitality while ensuring top food quality and service execution.

Responsibilities include overseeing high-volume production, menu execution, mentoring the culinary team, and achieving operational excellence in a safe kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience.
• Fine dining experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends.
• Strong food safety and HACCP understanding.
• Proficiency with MS Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary team, promoting excellence and collaboration.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple dining venues with high quality and safety.
• Drive menu innovation and operational excellence with leadership input.
• Ensure compliance with Health Dept, HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Manage food and labor costs through purchasing, inventory, and waste reduction.
